Add to Calendar 03/18/20 03/19/20 IPNDV outreach symposium (CANCELLED)

The International Partnership for Nuclear Disarmament Verification (IPNDV) is addressing the complex challenges of accurately monitoring and verifying future nuclear disarmament activities. Over the past five years, participants have identified procedures and technologies that will help lay a foundation for future reductions in nuclear weapons and advances in nuclear disarmament verification.

The Geneva Outreach Symposium will mark the launch of the third phase of work of the Partnership. It will provide the opportunity to present the results achieved so far ahead of the 2020 Review Conference of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. The event will feature a series of panel discussions, and an interactive multimedia exhibition that highlights the work done by the Partnership over the last five years. In addition, a poster session will be held in which researchers from governments, non-governmental organizations and academia will present their research efforts addressing key challenges in the field of nuclear disarmament verification.

Registration is open until 29 February 2020.
